It looks like the Czechs will visit the Adriatic in large numbers again as more than 20,000 tourists have already bought a ticket for the famous train<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Over 20,000 Czechs have already bought a ticket for the famous Czech yellow train RegioJet<\/strong>, which will start bringing the first passengers to the Adriatic coast on May 28. Unlike last year, when the Czechs had the opportunity to travel exclusively to Rijeka<\/a> by train, this year a line was introduced to Split, and the train will pass through Zagreb<\/a> and Budapest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As RegioJet says, the interest for all their lines, including the one towards Croatia, is growing by 25% from week to week<\/strong> and already this week they reached the number of passengers they had only in mid-September last year. Accordingly, the railway operator believes in the continuation of good traffic.<\/p>\n

400 tickets sold daily<\/h3>\n

When it comes to Croatia, up to 400 tickets are sold daily to Adriatic destinations<\/strong>, and prices range from 23 to 50 euros for one-way tickets.<\/p>\n

Trains run the same schedule this year as last year – they depart from Prague in the afternoon at 04:46 pm, arrive in Rijeka on the second day at 10:13 am in the morning, and in Split<\/a> at 01:44 pm. When it comes to returning, the train from Split departs at 03:51 pm, from Rijeka at 07:55 pm, and arrives in Prague the next day just after 01:00 pm. In June and October, trains will run three times a week on the route to Croatia, while in July and August the line will run daily.<\/p>\n
